I wanted bangs and I finally got them ........ with the help of my "gotte" we convinced my mom.

Oma's birthday gift

For her birthday we gave Oma a stay at a B&B right up in the mountains - you can only get there by cable car. I think she enjoyed it just as much as we did and I am glad she stayed with us in Zürich for a few days :=)

Back to school

The good thing about being at home is that you get to see your friends again and I had missed A. a lot.

Summer vacation - Part 8 and the last

Returning home after all these trips could be really sad but NO I had J. and T. come with me. We showed them so many fun things around Zürich and they enjoyed it so much that they called in the rest of the clan as well - my last vacation day we had 9 people at the breakfast table. I wish it could always be like that - even if it did get crowded on our roof top.

Summer vacation - Part 7

Finally we get to fly again - I love planes ! And especially when they take us to visit my "Götti" in Berlin and he had made great plans for us - lots of kids stuff :=) We also picked up a new family member "Benny" the bear, him and I enjoyed a great dinner together - sitting on the couch, watching a movie and eating Pizza - it can hardly get better than that :=)

Summer vacation - Part 6

Oma here we come :=) Sadly my cousins are away on vacations but L. comes and keeps me company for a day and than 2 of my cousins from H. come to join us on our trip back to Zürich - but I really enjoyed my time with Oma - because she always has time for me and I never have to clean up at the end of the day - I can turn her living room into a spaceship or a boat or what ever I feel like and as long as she has a path to walk on it is fine - Thank you Oma.

Summer vacation - Part 5

It is not only us that travel around all the time, I think the whole clan has the traveling bug. One day we drive to Lake Constance to visit M. & H. for a day - and they had a little fair going on and a real Italian Ice Cream shop :=)

Summer vacation - Part 3

Back in Zürich my buddy M. comes to visit and we always have so much fun ! He treats me like a princess - like helping me with my zipper -  and has lots of funny ideas (not always liked by our moms :=).

Summer vacation - Part 2

Mommy and Daddy were so excited to go on a canoe trip down the Weser and I had no idea what it was all about. But very soon I figured out why they wanted me along - they just sun tanned and I had to do all the work and maneuver us down the river - at least Daddy made up for it with a good German sausage from a little grill that we brought with us - and yes - ICE CREAM at the end :=)

Summer vacation - Part 1

We drive to Oma's house ! Where I get to play with my cousins, see my uncle J. and of course get spoiled by Oma - with up to FIVE ice creams a day - I could hardly believe my luck.

Before school is out

and our trip around Germany starts we will go hiking once more (I am sure that does not surprise any of you). Luckily my "Gotte" came with us ..... she also likes the slow hikes - just like me :=)
